:: Green Infrastructure in NORTH CAROLINA

The GIC created a Green Infrastructure Planning Guide for North Carolina and a series of training workshops. The project was funded by the North Carolina Forest Service and the USDA Forest Service Southern Region. The Green Infrastructure Center wrote Evaluating and Conserving Green Infrastructure Across the Landscape: A Practitioner's Guide, North Carolina Edition in 2013. It discusses how to use the state's model for green infrastructure planning as well as a regional and local case study.

It is available in web format at: http://ncforestservice.gov/Urban/pdf/EvaluatingGreenIfrastructureNC.pdf
