Katie Shipley

Katie Shipley, Finance and Operations Manager

Katie Shipley manages the Green Infrastructure Center’s finances, federal grant administration, and operations. Before joining GIC, Katie spent more than two decades managing complex federally funded programs. Most recently, she served as Project Director of Digital Frontiers, a USAID-funded global program operating across 70 countries worldwide. She has extensive experience managing small and large federally-funded grant programs and managing teams. Katie holds a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University. She lives in Charlottesville with her family.
